Truly one of the best nurseries I’ve ever been to, especially if you’re looking for natives. Had several species and cultivars Ive been looking for, but never found at other nurseries, and quite competitive pricing, many of the more unique plants for cheaper than I’ve been able to find online, especially with how abundant and healthy they were. They also have a beautiful, exceptionally well maintained butterfly garden that my family and I spent at least an hour admiring, and taking notes on.
This was a very nice nursery with a helpful staff that answered all my annoying questions:) The prices are good, the plants looked healthy, and I loved knowing my money was going to support a local place who is dedicated to taking native gardening seriously. My favorite part was walking around their established, well labeled garden so you can see the plants in action with the hummingbirds, bees and butterflies. Stunning, bring your camera too.
My favorite native plant nursery in WNC by far! Will be stopping by again very soon. Incredible diversity of native plants for sale as well as a breathtaking garden right by the greenhouses to get inspired by. Also shoutout to the excellent staff that tend to this nursery, they’re very knowledgeable and just incredibly kind folks in general. Highly recommend to beginner gardeners as well as lifelong native plant enthusiasts. Thank ya’ll for being here!
The Asheville Garden club had a tour of this wonderful nursery two years in a row. Both times it was fantastic, very friendly, and informative. I have spread the word to my other friends in the community. I will be making another trip with my daughter this fall. Connie Peck
The widest selection of native species I have seen in North Carolina. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Best, the prices are very reasonable and the quality is much better than any of the big box stores.
