I never had no problem with them I been with them since 2015
I was two days late on my payment, drove all the way from ruby, too Wallace to pay it and when I pull up, there's a note on the door that says the office is closed & to pay rent online and considering it's Wednesday and it's closed, I assume they're closed until after christmas. But I have looked and looked and looked online and can't find ANYWHERE I can pay it online. I talked to the lady behind the desk on Monday, December 18th and she mentioned nothing of the closing. Serious leaking in units. Second set of units has baseball size holes in the roof. Has been a problem for several years, and owner shows no care or concern. Edit to respond to “owner” - Yes, Jennie was informed and claimed she told the owner and his son. The problem was never fixed.
