Just delivered my baby here. Everyone was great. Except Anna in the maternity ward. She was very judge mental to my decisions with my newborn. She would give judge mental looks/expressions to other nurses when responding to my answers. Very rude of her! Very unprofessional. She also commented that because I did not allow a gbs test is why I ended up with an infection. Dr.Floyd and his assistant Matthew baker did and Excellent job on my surgery. Tye Ray RN my nurse took good care of me. Bre RN showed great customer service. Juliet HCT check on me on a regular basis and Brandon showed me great hospitality to everyone who took care of me
Overall good care despite a few off putting staff members. Billing on the other hand is awful. Got charged for a visit despite my insurance being maxed out for the year. Said I had to pay before I would be treated despite being in there for an allergic reaction. Had to call just to even have the overcharge looked into and after a month (they asked for 10 business days to respond) of waiting still haven’t heard anything. I was in the hospital and given a medication that have one way very good results the other very very bad.Also I was taken back in a room surrounded by female nurses who striped off all my clothes and underwear. I told don't do that their response you are in the hospital. I kept getting that response to almost everything. I was laying on a table while awake naked. I recovered here after surgery. I was looking at the reviews beforehand and they scared me so I just wanted to share my experience. From start to finish it was more than I could have asked for. I was so high I can’t remember anyone’s name but I’ll try. I think one of the first nurses that helped me was Madelyne or something close. She put me at ease because I was terrified of anesthesia.
