This is, by far, the most unprofessional physician office I have encountered. After 3 years, they still send bills for treatment that was paid as soon as insurance finished their claim. They tell me they know that it's paid and to ignore the bills they send. (still using covid as an excuse for poor billing practices) I have had others tell me similar stories snout this office. I would suggest using any other branch but Seneca.
