I engaged this law firm two years ago for a custody case, initially paying $2500. Unfortunately, circumstances escalated, leading us to pursue emergency custody. The firm advised an additional $1500 payment, bringing the total to $4000. However, the process stalled as our lawyer, who was preparing to run for Supreme Court judge, left us waiting. It was an informative phone call.
My husband received some very serious charges from some illegal & dirty police tactics. Mr. Broadie was assigned as his public defender. From the beginning we were not happy with Mr. Broadie. He was rude, sarcastic, condescending & uninterested in anything accept my husband taking a plea deal that got him some expensive & demeaning punishments that he in no way deserved.
