History Established in 1958. Carolina Landscape was born in 1958 when Harold Wade purchased the landscape contracting division from Carolina Floral Nursery in Berkeley County. His son, Derek, joined the company in 1991 and eventually assumed control when his father retired. Derek and his wife, Kathy, continue to operate Carolina Landscape, Inc. on beautiful James Island.

Carolina landscape knocked it out of the park all the way around. They installed sod, irrigation, new short well pump, final grade outside the sod area, trenched a drain line, and planted foliage. Erik and his team were professional, punctual, affordable, thorough, and polite. Highly recommend!
