I had an appointment to see a commercial property. After traveling and waiting, they were no show no call. The number leaders only to a recording, no ability to leave message or talk to a human. I went to the address published as their office, it is an old vacant storefront. If it is this hard to give them money, imagine how hard to get something addressed post-lease. If you are going to list property with this outfit, reconsider. Additionally, renter beware.
I had a very disappointing experience with Carolina Landmark Realty. I recently applied for a rental and was denied because of a house I rented 12 years ago that had damages caused by someone else. Even though I explained that I was not responsible for those damages, they still claimed it was on me and used it as the reason to turn me down. Great place to buy or rent a home
Stay Away!! If serious about renting and want get things rolling this not it. Lucas is very quick to take your money for rental application. Once he got your money he will ghost you making it extremely hard to contact. He will string you along for weeks, yes I said weeks.
