I had a very disappointing experience with Carolina Landmark Realty. I recently applied for a rental and was denied because of a house I rented 12 years ago that had damages caused by someone else. Even though I explained that I was not responsible for those damages, they still claimed it was on me and used it as the reason to turn me down. Great place to buy or rent a home
Stay Away!! If serious about renting and want get things rolling this not it. Lucas is very quick to take your money for rental application. Once he got your money he will ghost you making it extremely hard to contact. He will string you along for weeks, yes I said weeks.
A warning to all people potentially looking at cheaper places in Statesville stay away from this rental when it comes available. Carolina Landmark Realty will try and rent you a 1 bed duplex and claim it is move in ready without telling you the neighboring duplex is roach infested to the point that the exterminator won’t touch it.
