We stayed with Carolina retreats the house we had was great! Amy was awesome to work with. We are looking forward to working with Amy again everyone was very nice and made our trip perfect!
I booked a reservation with this company over the phone because their website wasn't working. I was assured over and over that I would have that property and those dates and as soon as the software was fixed, they would enter it. I received a phone call the next day that the owner wanted those dates, so I can no longer receive the rental that I booked BEFORE the owner. Do no rent with this place. They will not hold your reservation.
Really great service, good rates and lovely people. Will definitely use Carolina Retreats again (and have already booked next year’s first stay).
