RecommendedRyan has been super responsive since the start of the process. Any questions I had were answered extremely promptly. Enough about him though. I ordered an 8 inch Gyuto and gave artistic liberty. I was NOT disappointed!this knife is stunning and not to mention it does a great job in the kitchen. Stupendous work and would recommend to anyone!
I absolutely recommend 310 Knife Co. My husband has several of Ryan’s knives and I thought the perfect wedding gift would be a custom knife. I contacted Ryan with what I was looking for and needed and what I had available to spend and he definitely delivered. My husband loves the knife so much and is torn between using it – because it’s awesome! – or putting it up as a keepsake; because it is really beautiful. Thanks, Ryan!
Great quality work have a few knifes

I received my knife yesterday. At first glance, I thought it was beautiful. Upon further inspection the craftsmanship was flawless, functionality endless, and durability unquestionable. I want to show it off to everyone. It is great. My only complaint is that it doesn't have the 310 stamp or signature on the knife. I would like it signed at some point because I know this company is gonna blow up. Pretty sure I'm ordering a cleaver today.
