I cannot say enough how helpful Carolina Kinder has been for my son’s PT and OT! We started seeing his physical therapist, Courtney when he was an infant for his neck tightness and asymmetry of his head. Courtney was incredibly kind and helpful in addressing the cause of these issues and each session would give his some great pointers and tips to use at home. We had the BEST experience here. My son needed a cranial band at 7 months, and from the very beginning the entire team was incredible. They use an updated 3D-printed helmet, which was amazing, and they explained everything so thoroughly. Everyone was so kind, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Getting a helmet can be a scary and emotional experience for a parent, but they truly made it as positive and stress-free as possible. I felt supported every step of the way. Highly recommend this clinic!
My son has been working with Lizzie since mid August. I can’t say enough good things about Lizzie or Carolina Kinder Development as a whole. He came in with plagiocephaly and torticollis and within a few months both have resolved. On top of being wonderful with my son, Lizzie and the whole practice were very accommodating with my 2 year old who had to accompany me to many of his appointments. Thank you for all that you do!
Received message saying complete paperwork early or come in early to complete. Arrived 30 minutes before my appointment to be told my appointment was canceled because I didn’t complete paperwork online. Horrible experience already was freezing to bring my daughter outside at 8 am on a Saturday for no reason was a waste of time.
