I was very pleased with the service. I needed duplicate keys for two Honda vehicles. I called another shop that advertised smart key replacement, but they said they could not do mine and referred me to Carolina Key. Matt gave me pricing options on the phone and an appointment for service that day. Pricing was better than a recent key repair at a Wilmington shop. Service was done promptly at the appointed time, and was excellent.
I called Matt on Friday afternoon at the end of rope since my husband and I had been sharing one barely functioning key to our Honda for over four months. We were on the phone for maybe five minutes and he had ordered two brand new keys for me for less than we could have paid for one elsewhere. They arrived today and after only 15 minutes in his shop I had two fully functioning programmed keys.
