Needed a new key fob for our jeep cherakee and the dealer wanted $400 and couldn't give us a time frame. Matt at Carolina Key took all of 2 days to get it and program it and they were $100 cheaper. Great service, great prices and very friendly.
RecommendedBoth of my original keys broke within months of each other, during a cross country move. Tried ordering fobs on Amazon, and change out myself- fail! Carolina Key ordered the fobs and scheduled an appointment to replace. Within 20 minutes of arriving, I have two working key fobs, for half of what dealership was going to charge me! Really great service! And the best pricing to get a Chipped Key! Forget about the Dealers who will over charge you and then try to fit you into their schedule in 4 days time! Carolina Key took down my info, ordered the key for the vehicle and called as soon as the key arrived so I could get it programmed by them! I will use them again for any and all the locksmith jobs I need done!

Absolutely the most customer satisfaction driven company. I reached out on website and left a message. Received a call in 5 minutes, explained my needs and provided information required to get replacement keys for 2 different vehicles. Next day service with a phone call letting me know they received the keys and would be at my house at 4:00pm. After i completed some major work on my daughter's VW Cabrio, it would not start due to a malfunction in the vehicle's immobilizer system. I called and talked to Matt who told me he no longer does Volkswagen because they are too much trouble. That should have been my first clue! But after talking to him for a while he said he thought he could help me.
