STAY AWAY! Bought 3 rings from here. One was $3k. When brought 2 of them for cleaning Nasir was trying to tell my wife we have to pay for cleaning. I've told her over the phone that when owner sold us this rings he said the cleanings would be free. He agreed, then after he cleaned them he lost one diamond off of my ring and made me pay exact same thing he wanted for cleaning. Lost 2 days as well trying to drop it off and pick it up. Will never deal with this people again.
The lock of the gold bracelet was broken and they replaced it for me. After a few days, the lock broke. I went there, they were very angry and refused to change the lock. I paid them about 130 dollars. Not only did they not return my money, they even refused to repair my bracelet. I recommend not to go there. one time for ever.
Very upset w this jeweler. My husband bought me some diamond earrings worth over 1000. When I got them one of the clasps didn’t work my husband gave me the earrings the same day he purchased them.
