I had to change my last review score of 1 star back to 4. I now understand why my appointments had been canceled so many times. The people that work there are great people. It was a recruiter who dropped the ball. Looking forward to doing more trials with CICR in the future!
I had 4 appointments CANCELED AND RESCHEDULED by them. Never even started the trial. At all! Then received a text message " Your appointment is cancelled" and that the study was now CLOSED??!! I had to juggle to even set the rescheduled appointments and cancel other things! I think that is very unprofessional. This is in stark contrast to my initial 5 star review I gave because I just did the Moderna research for 2 years with them and never had ANY of my appointments cancelled.
Had an appointment today at 11:00 couldn't go until 4:00 then waited 2 hours and was told that the EKG machine was down and had to be rescheduled and did not offer any compensation for the appointment scheduled
