Called to have one of their people inspect a forklift for us since we are across the country. After they refused to prove any information regarding the inspection, I was quite rudely told they were withholding this info because their tech was offered a job by the other company. Don't agree to do a job and get upset with the people who are paying you because a third party tried to hire your employee. Completely wasted several people's time, and completely unprofessional.
Do not use this company. We called them to do some minor repairs to two of our forklifts to get them back operating. They tried to upsell us over $20,000 worth of work. We ended up with a bill over $700 with nothing repaired and now three forklifts that don't operate. I tried to give them an opportunity to make it right and they basically said the bill is what it is.
