Each staff member I interacted with were very polite and friendly. Checking in was pleasant and friendly. Sonya did my mammogram and it was the best one I have ever had done in 30 years plus of getting them done. It was not painful, she was excellent in explaining the Roses and answering my questions. Do not go here if you are in a wheelchair or need an access button. This place has a heavy outside door, then a small foyer and then another heavy wooden door. Neither door has a button to push to make it easily accessed by the disabled. I had to maneuver my mother in a wheelchair all the way in no help. I can't imagine if you where alone. This is an obvious necessity for a place serving this population of patients.
The tech that actually performed my testing has to be the most uncaring person in that building. Her name is Janet and this lady needs to go to a class or be put some where so she doesn't deal with patients. This isn't my first MRI so I know the way things should be done. She did not offer me a step to get onto or off of the table and I am 5ft 3in. She did not speak to me the entire time during my testing other than when she injected the dye in my arm. DO NOT use the online service to request medical records from this office. They will leave you high and dry. If you are an attorney's office, better talk with the office manager and not the rude people in medical records, who will direct you to an office Georgia, where you only get a recording, and at which number you are also told that unless the request was made over 30 days ago, you are S.O.L.
