I hate to say this, but if you’re Latino, you have to be mentally prepared to stand there for 20 to 40 minutes while they ignore you before finally taking your order—and then wait another 2 or 3 days. It’s the same when picking up the order: there are no other customers, yet they pretend to be busy at the computer and won't help you. They really ought to hire staff who actually want to work, without racial bias.
Right now is crazy go there they make you wait 2 hours to get something that used to take 5 minutes
