I will say this is one of the more honest dealerships I have dealt with. Yes there may be a bit of a dealership premium but I’ve actually compared them to a few local independent shops and Carolina isn’t too far off. They’ve even beaten prices before of those shops. I have worked a lot with Jared and he is great to work with, listens, and is understanding and does look out for you. I overheard him fixing a labor charge mistake in my favor and i appreciated that.
Received an estimate for over $2,000 for my 2016 Hyundai Sonata. After getting additional opinions, I felt the pricing was way much higher. I mean they are bad salesman because if the prices would make lil sense i’d Happily fall for that. I mean who pays 270$ plus just for engine cover? I bought 80$ engine cover with 2 years warranty from amazon lol I recommend customers compare quotes before agreeing to any work
Ryan Smith was an awful advisor to have. I had to practically beg him to give me the paperwork I needed, which took over a week after my initial phone call requests. He also didn’t know the cost of my invoice. I wouldn’t have expected him to know it off the top of his head but he asked me to tell him what I was supposed to pay and he had the paperwork next to him. The service department is quick they get the job done and their prices are great. Nothing more to say about that. They even have a place to kick back and watch the world go by as you're waiting for your car to get done. And if you need to be dropped off they have a great shuttle service that will drop you off and pick you back up.
Know someone who dropped their car here and nothing has been done to it for about about a month now due to lazy people who also lied about “updates on the car” do not trust this dealership!!! they blatantly lie and leave you car less.
