We had our back yard hydro-seeded by Carolina HydroSeed last year and the grass came in beautifully. I've posted some pictures of it on their Facebook page. This year the grass did not come back, only a lot of weeds. I contacted Carol and Dave the owners of Carolina HydroSeed and Dave came right out to see what was up. He said the grass had "burned thru" or something like that and that he would reseed it FREE OF CHARGE. How's that for great customer service and standing behind one's work.
