Well… to say the least. My wife and I are use to people careering to us…. Obviously we are spending more money than the real estate agent makes. But…. She was combative right out of the gate. We wanted a farm…. Not really interested in horses…. But she (Patti) kept saying we needed horses for this property. No we don’t. If you are looking for an honest agent who is looking out for you… Patti is not your girl. We found a nicer property that was less than she showed us. I know shocker. She just wanted our money
Pretty normal. Very rude and actually has no business sense. Shocked anyone buys from her
I called in regards to a rental verification for a prospect who had applied to one of our communities and it showed Prestige Commercial Properties may be owed a balance from the prospect. I reached out and was rudely handled by Patti on the phone she was not willing to listen to who I was or hat I was asking. Kept saying she doesn't rent apartments when that was not the question or concern as to why I was calling. She told me to remove her from out calling list and hung up in my face.
