Nice folks very friendly
Had a great experience with Carolina homes of ocean isle. My fiancée and I worked with DJ and he was great. We showed up with no appt made and he immediately took care of us. We looked at homes in our price range and he didn’t attempt to interfere or pitch us a more expensive home like most places do. DJ made the experience a 10/10 and we look forward to working with him more in the future!
My wife and I had great experience with this company. Our representative, DJ was attentive, professional and always kept us up-to-date as the process progressed. Carolina Homes took care of everything; removing our old trailer, getting all permits, inspections, assembly of the new home and post-sale follow-up. Give DJ at Carolina Homes a call, you won’t be disappointed.
Blair, and team have been nothing less than outstanding. I’ve been working with them for about a year and they have show me nothing but kindness and patience. Willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything works smoothly for my needs. They make you feel like family. It’s been nothing but professionalism and honesty. Which if you’re trying to make decisions that’s what you want, not pushy and business as usual.
Terrell is fantastic to work with! He is attentive and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend talking to him about choosing your new home! 10/10
