I bought a knee brace based on the size on the package. It should have fit when I took it to my husband and he read the measurements he said no so I took it back exchanged it for a larger size and of course, when we got this and opened it. It was too big because we opened it. We could not get a refund. Very disappointing
From coming from Jacksonville and receiving my wheelchair in Jacksonville to having the bricks come loose and me having to call Morehead where I live now this gentleman named Dave was out here within 1 hour fix the brakes notice how much of a clutch I am and that I didn't have wheelie bars in the back of my wheelchair this gentleman drove all the way back to the shop got the bars installed them for me all within 2 hours I feel safe thank you Carolina home medical for having the most upstanding staff on your team I definitely... read more
