This world needs more nice people. I called to get my first order of cpap replacement parts and the lady was totally nice and helpful.
I have had the pleasure of using the services of Carolina Home Medical on several occasions. They have always be very helpful and informative. I believe they genuinely care about their clients. I want to thank Julia (Morehead City) in particular for helping me. She is always so kind and professional.
My husband left part of CPAP at home and we drove to 2 other places before finding this place...but was glad we found this place! The staff was so friendly, helpful and had exactly what he needed. Thank you!! Would highly recommend!
Very knowledgeable and helpful in answering all questions. Help with a scooter . Showed us how to disassemble and how to put it back together.
Awesome experience getting a BIPAP machine at this store! Call and set up an appointment first so they can get your machine ready. I didn’t have an appoint, but thankfully they worked me in their busy schedule. A+ service, explaining the machine and answering my questions. Thank you!!
