Katie, the customer service person is miserable, cannot smile and honestly the most unpleasant person I’ve seen today. She needs a new job, because she obviously hates this one.

RecommendedWe recently moved to Realo after our previous pharmacy closed. We would rather use a smaller pharmacy than the large stores. We hoped we would like Realo, and boy we sure do! Friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. We seem to have made the right decision!

I will never go anywhere else, unless I absolutely have to, and I hate giving anyone else my business because I love the service you provide to me. Will recommend you ALL day long.
RecommendedWe have moved away from the area and have resorted to one of the bigger pharmacies and are really missing the personalized service of Realo! When you call you get a human on the phone and when it's time for a refill you get a phone call. You really can't beat it!
Unfortunately I have the need of some very special medicines to care for my dog's condition. Today I filled the 2nd prescription with Realo and they presented me with a Pet prescription savings card. It saved me almost 10.00 on her medicine today. The vet pharmacist listened to my questions and took time to double check the side effects for me. Asked what condition my Izzy had and seemed generally concerned about her. I was completely taken by surprise. Thank you Realo for this service.
You are most fortunate that the individual disparaged by your employee is a forgiving person. He is a much better person than any of the staff I witnessed participating in the incident. At his request, I and others will not cease doing business with your pharmacy based on this incident. I hope you find some way to express your appreciation for his compassion. It certainly exceeds anything your staff has any right to expect.
