I injured my foot two weeks ago and was unable to move around. I spoke with the two ladies up there multiple times searching for the right size boot. I went in and they fitted me and now I am much farther along to recovery. And I suspected, they were both just a sweet and helpful in person as they were on the phone. My husband and I much appreciated their smiling faces and wonderful customer services. Thank ya’ll so much and God bless you!

Purchased supplies for Mother and she was never able to use them . Made 2 attempts to return the items; first attempt had receipt and was told needed credit card used initially to return; second attempt took receipt and credit card and associate working said she didn't have the authority to do the return. This was the same associate the first return attempt. She said we would have to wait until the manager comes back which would be Wednesday. If the Manager is not going to be available he needs to give his staff the authorit... read more

When traveling in Northern Michigan, my husband's large floor oxygenator started sounding alarms. We called CHM in Smithfield, N.C. ( his provider). They, in turn, call an affiliate office closest to where we were staying. When we arrived there was a replacement waiting at the desk with our name on it. No questions asked, no paperwork. In and out literally in about one minute! Talk about fantastic customer service! Thanks so much!
