Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced, anywhere! Would give 0 stars if that were an option. Dropped off a prescription for a device a week before my wife's scheduled surgery. 3 business days later, my wife called for an update. She was informed they were waiting for the doctor to get back to them. Called the doctor, they had heard nothing from KHM.
