Kristy took the time to listen to our concerns and patiently answered our questions. She kept us informed and educated about each step of cabinet refacing. Carolina Home Fine Finishes overpromised, overcharged, and underdelivered. The paint job was poor quality and far from the “custom” finish we were promised. When we asked Chrissy to fix the issues, she refused to take responsibility or make it right. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company.
