I hate to give this review b/c Chad the owner helped my mom out with an install and did a complete install at my mom's neighbor, Hank. Moreover, he provides service to some of my neighbors in Laurel Mountain Estates. By all accounts, he does great work. However, the guy employed answering the phones and doing customer service is totally unreliable. Here is my experience. My mountain house A/C unit was not blowing cold air. Terrible Customer Service. They promise to call you back and never do. This is NOT an ethical company.

Everything they did looks horrible. My aunt to pay someone else to come fix their half ass job. The main vent came detached. DO NOT USE THEM EVER
