After a month of trying everything I knew to try to get my Bluetooth to answer my phone (after it had been working well for two years) I walked into Hearing Life today. Mark and Chrissy tried several things to restore my phone/Bluetooth. They even made two calls to the designer/manufacturer of the hearing aids. After an hour of persistence they found and remedied the problem, which was with my phone, not the hearing aids. One of the pieces of my hearing aid came off in my ear. I thought I was going to have to go to the ER because it was deep down in my ear. I accidentally pushed it deeper not knowing it was there. I thought I would just run over to Hearing Life and get Mark's thoughts on what to do. Mark with Hearing Life removed it very professionally. They have taken very good care of me since I have been with them. They are well worth being a Hearing Life customer.
Hearing Life is by far the best source for information about hearing aid devices and services. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
