My experience with this practice, Caroling Hearing Group, began in 1990. When Dr Baldwin joined the group, I was impressed with his compassion and professionalism. I believe I've had three sets of hearing aids during that time, and the thoroughness and competence demonstrated in selecting the best hearing product for me is most appreciated. Follow-up is valued as well. Dr Baldwin answers my questions and explains processes. I highly recommend Dr Baldwin, his team, and office staff.
