My 95 year old mother purchased hearing aids from this location and at first it seemed we made the right decision. She has had some issues with them and each time we had tried to get some help we were told that the issue was too much wax in the ears. A year ago I had to insist that they take a look at the hearing aids to even get an appointment. I arrived to a bright clean office. Staff very friendly. The Dr. asked questions and listened to my answers. She explained each step as we went. Would recommend Carolina Health And Hearing to anyone who asks.
On 1/2/2026 I went to Carolina health and hearing for a C&P exam that took less than 15 minutes I was asked two questions only did the eardrum test a hearing test where I repeated back the middle word of some phrases did the right ear tone test took about a minute and a half did she left ear tone test took 15 seconds she was going through the tone so fast I couldn't say yes when I did hear them I was not asked the questions on the DBQ form that she filled out I consider this a total waste of my time driving 4 and 1/2 hour ro... read more
