Very caring and helpful 1st visit. Patient first seems to be their bottom line.
Was seen promptly by Dr, explained hearing test in details that I could understand and the process to procure my hearing aides.
Excellent care from the time I was contacted to schedule an appointment, all the way through my hearing exam. The doctor explained everything and was very patient as my wife asked questions as well. I left knowing I was a valued patient and feel very confident of the professional care I received as I move forward to the next phase of treatment.
I didn't think I was missing out on hearing small things, but when I was tested and received my hearing aids, the unnoticed sounds of simple things is life changing. Dr. McManus explained, listened and matched my need, no steering towards expensive devices, just what I needed, and it was the right choice made by her.
