Well, they didn't tell me what I wanted to hear, no pun intended. I went so I could prove to my wife that my hearing wasn't as bad as hers. Turns out I need $3000 worth of hearing aids. That's not happening , but that's not their fault.
I felt very comfortable and confident in the ex as m process. The Dr explained everything to me and. I’m happy with the result.
The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. I highly recommend them.
Great visit to Carolina Health & Hearing. Had hearing test and discussed new hearing aids. Kelly was terrific to work with, and is a good listener with honest feedback about different brands & models. Understood my situation. No pressure on when to make decision on which hearing aids to get. And, Maddie at the front reception is very good at her job, makes working with them enjoyable!
Everyone there was very helpful from the lady at the reception desk to the lady that did my exam. Very informative and very courteous. Thank you so much for the pleasant experience!
