At Carolina Health and Hearing which was one of my insurance preferred providers (not required), making the appointment, arriving at the quiet and clean office, being seen for my appointment all were easy and pleasant. My hearing test in the “box”, with the earphones, rotating through the normal tones and then had words spoken also. This was important to the test and how we hear speaking.
