Carolina Handling was very easy to get set up with. They promised a tech would be in touch soon and Chavis was in our shop in a little over an hour. Our only fork truck was down, and we were on a tight deadline. Chavis saved the day, and we were up and running in no time. Chavis and Carolina Handling saved our project from being completed late. Excellent service!!!

I was an employee for this company for 25 years. Was a truly great place to work and customer service was the focus until Tim Hilton and Jim Swittenburg sold the company to the Raymond corporation approximately 15 years ago. Profit is now the only objective. Their parts markup in my opinion should be illegal and they train their techs to falsify documents on a daily basis. Tried to reach out to company but no reply so going to post here. Heading down highway 101 and a van is riding right on my tail. There are three cars in front if me but the van decides the 55 in 55 that we ate going is wrong so in a blind curve he passes four vehicles. Great job to a person clearly worried about safety
