Seems to be a reoccurring occurrence with your company. According to all of the reviews you have a lot of driving complaints. I debated on making this review but after your said employee posted me in a Facebook group chat I decided I’d leave a one star review so here it lies you’re beautiful wonderful goatee goofy looking employee driving a work van acting like a fool riding my rear end and riding everybody else’s rear end all the way up 321 north and Granite Falls. I really hope you follow up with my complaint that I left.

I work at GXO Logistics in Hannahan, SC. We currently use Carolina Handling for our PIT repairs. Our tech James Mazon is amazing. Our Lifts are vital to our operations and James always shows up the same day I call. He is very skilled at his job and gets us back up and running same day if possible. We are so pleased with him, we are now discussing giving him PMs on our conveyor systems, racking systems, and possibly dock door repair and PMs. Very pleased.

One on your driver on 485 yesterday was driver very fast in and out of traffic I took a video of him he gave me middle finger this driver need be write up or police need be informed

They have an employee by the name of James, in my opinion the best technician I have ever seen and I’ve been in the warehouse industry for 42 years. When he has a tight schedule, he always seems to find time to help us out in emergencies. Our maintenance checks are always done on time and correct. When he has a recommendation that will prolong our equipment, I never question it. This is our way of giving him the appreciation he truly deserves and I hope this company realizes what an asset they have.
