I purchased a electric pallet jack from this company almost a month ago as a cash customer. Everything was great with the salesman up until my purchase. The jack was paid in full but did not receive my product as expected. When I call and asked when I was gonna receive my purchase I received the run around. I also called the corporate office to ask about the whereabouts of my purchase..
