Have to start out by saying I’m very picky about who grooms my yorkie , Rosie. I couldn’t get with my usual groomer because her new location is too far from me now. I called this place and got in pretty quickly. Rosie was pretty matted up on her legs and underneath, and I let the groomers know that before bringing her in. Took our 16 lb peekapoo when we dropped him off he was fine, my husband picked him up his tail had been tucked since I have called and spoke to the lady that groomed him she was extremely rude and I asked to speak to the owner they said she only comes in on Tuesday I asked if they could give her my info she said yes I have yet to hear from her. Ok I must say first they do an amazing job with both my dogs and they are super sweet people and very good customer service but. I must say every single time I have gone to this place they have increased there prices. And when I brought this to the groomer attention. They said " oh it's base upon, adults and if there an adult or puppy and also ur dog was a bit matted" and I explained to them that my dog was pet was not matted because I just brushed her thoroughly before I brought her and my second dog I just wanted a wash.
