RecommendedWe took our Rough Collie to Carolina Grooming for the first time a few days ago. It's a small place, not fancy but the lobby looked clean. Our Collie is 7 years old and we get him professionally groomed five or six times a year. We live full time in an RV and have traveled all across the continental US and much of Canada. After that video shown online, I will never ever come to this place. That is no way you treat an animal. If this place hires employees that act in such a way it shows how the management here is incapable. Truly upsetting.
Don't take your animals here. There is a video of them abusing a cat and throwing it forcefully across the room into a wall. They need to be shut down, thrown in jail.
Photos will be all the explanation you need! Throwing cat against the wall? Half naked boyfriend hanging out? Come on....
My dog got his hair cut this morning and he came back with bruises all on his underside. They mistreat animals here. Will be filing a complaint with BBB and local authorities.

they cut the quick of my dog and didnt mention it. then she bleed all over my truck. she smelled like the humane society when I picked her up. price was good but she stunk. I had to rewash her.
