Don't waste your time if you have a small job. I had a 2' x 5' tempered with 6 holes). Carolina Glass and mirror in Garner NC, sent me an email quote and requested i bring in a template. I made a cardboard template with measurements written on it and the guy incharge rejected it because i didn't have the holes cut out. I had driven in from out of town so i just left.
