We couldn’t be happier with our patio project, completed by Rob and his amazing team at Carolina Gardenworks. After being burned by another contractor, trust was key for us, so we made sure to do our research, check references and make sure we were hiring a highly reputable company, which Carolina Gardenworks more than surpassed. We started with a concrete slab and came out with an incredible outdoor oasis that we will use everyday for years and years to come. We couldn’t recommend CG enough!
This company didn’t secure their tires on a trailer and it went flying down our street and through yards before taking out a tree and hitting my neighbors car. Rob, the owner acted like we were all over reacting but they could have killed somebody. Luckily our kids were inside but he took out the power box with our air conditioner. He lied about what happened. Neighbors all have ring doorbells so we know they didn’t secure it at all. He refused to give us his insurance policy number as he wanted to fix it without using his i... read more
