I visited with Spring Oak and can honestly say that the two days I was there, every staff member I witnessed genuinely cared for the residences and never appeared inconvenienced by them. They treated everyone like family and made sure they had everything they needed. The administration was personable with the residences and has created a very friendly, welcoming, and cozy lifestyle. I found an Angel in Memory Care, named Felicia. She sang lullabies and scratched my husbands back until he fell fast asleep. She went way above her job description,I can’t tell you what that meant to me. All the ladies are great but she stands out to me, She makes a difficult job look easy. Thanks for caring. Pat H

I toured the facility and was really impressed with the staff and facility. It was not at all what I expected in a good way. LaSonya was so kind in showing us the room and amenities. My parents decided that it was not the right time for them to move in. LaSonya was so understanding. Hopefully if the circumstances change, we will be able secure a spot there!

My family and I had dealt with my father’s passing recently and he was my mother’s caregiver. We had searched throughout the Lexington area to find a facility that would meet my mother’s needs as well as my father’s expectations. Spring Oak exceeded our needs. The staff throughout has been a blessing to both Mom and the family. We would highly recommend Spring Oak to anyone wanting excellent caregivers.

My Mom has been a resident at Spring Oak since October of 2021. She has always received excellent care. Just recently she spent 3 months in and out of the hospital and rehab. I was elated to get her back to Spring Oak last month. Happy to say she is thriving in her environment.
