Lack of supervision! Three different Directors in less than 9 months.
RecommendedMy parents moved into Carolina Gardens almost 4 years ago. When my Dad passed, the staff became like family. Carolina Gardens - Lexington staff have continued to impress me with their care and attention that comes directly from the heart! Mom enjoys the delicious meals, activities, and community of friends. I love the peace of mind knowing that she has immediate help, if it is ever needed!
What a great, warm welcoming staff. They had everything fixed, cleaned and ready for my mother to move in.
My mom lives here. I love this place, she loves her home, and you can tell the staff loves the residents and their jobs. We enjoy the pictures on FB seeing our loved ones having fun!
The caregivers and staff are wonderful! Everyone treats and gives my mother total respect and sincerely love her. There has been a learning curve,but that is true with every new experience/life situation. Every employee here always honestly listens when she or I have concerns.( nothing of huge magnitudes) They address our concerns as fast as humanly possible.
