There is a water filtration company that is capable and knowledgeable with all types of systems. They service Carolina Fresh Water systems now and for obviously reasons aren't able to work with the warranty but they have decent maintenance prices. Bottle Free Water in Fayetteville, look them up!
I have been trying to reach this company now for several months and no one has yet to reach out to us.

These guys call every day. They are associating their selves with Home Depot. I have reported and have asked that they stop calling. They are asking for someone of another name and are relentless. Terrible business practice and I am sure Home Depot will not be happy that they are misrepresenting as an entity of Home Depot
We received a water sample kit in the mail appearing to come from the town we live in. My wife filled the little tube and mailed it off per the instructions. Two days later we receive a call stating that we have high levels of something and that they need to come in our home to the sink to do another test. Beware!! Unethical business practices and sales scams!! Carolina Fresh Water sent a water sample packet to us as well as to my elderly parents. My parents are on city water and do not need a filtration system, but they sent a sample in anyhow thinking the request was from the town water plant. They got a call from CFW saying they needed to get a larger sample because there was something wrong with the water. Ms. ********, I am surprised someone would write a review attacking a company before speaking to us or doing full research. Many people associate marketing, mail, and calls with scams without finding out the truth. Your first statement suggesting city water does not need a filtration system is untrue. If you look at any city water report - it will clearly state the water has many impurities, chemicals, etc. in it. The envelope customers mail their water sample back to us states our name on it. They are a scam artist. I have returned deionized water samples to them in the past and the results have always shown that I have hard water and need to add a filtration system. When I have asked what the actual result was they could not provide an answer. I recently received a text saying that my water was above regulated limits. I have not sent a sample to them in years. It is a shame that they take advantage of so many people. It should be illegal to do what they do.
CFW did a great job from the testing of the water in our home, to the install & follow up done by their sales & technicians. There is a definitive difference in the quality of our water both in the water for showering,bathing or doing the dishes and the drinking water coming of the RO system. What an asset to our lifestyle and health.
I gave 4 stars because I have only had my system for a month. Also, the regeneration that was programmed into the system was supposed to be in the early A.M. when no one is showering or washing clothes, etc. However I have seen it regenerate twice around 9pm. I have seen it twice but who knows how many other times it has regenerated outside of the programmed time. I asked about that and was told the system will override the set time if it needs to regenerate. That kind of negates the set time in the system. I don't typically... read more

I can not even express how glad I am we decided to get this system installed. Every person we came in contact with was super friendly and explained everything to a T. Answered all questions and were so quick to get the work done even on a holiday weekend. Ours was installed Sunday day before memorial day and soaps brought to us on Wednesday. My water has never tasted so good. We have been in our house and year and the hot water always had a hint of rotten egg smell.. NOT ANYMORE!!! Also wanted to brag that we have a dog bed ... read more
