My girls set an appointment for our cat because his butt was swollen and she read some things online that scared her. Next morning the cat's butt looks fine, so I cancelled the appointment. I am informed that we are still being billed $4 shy of the full price of the visit. Total rip-off and not good for business. You'd think being in the business of helping animals you would have more compassion and less greed. The appointment would have lasted maybe 10 min max.
