Dr Shumway makes you feel at ease from the moment you walk in. She is laid back and friendly but know her field well. I had been told by other hearing aid technicians that they could t help me. I got my hearing aids yesterday and am so overwhelmed with sheer joy at what I can now hear. Terry is the best.

Today was our first visit to the Carolina Forest Hearing Center. We were received with such grace and compassion! Dr. Shumway lost no time in cleaning and repairing Mom's hearing aids to see if that would clear up Mom's hearing difficulties. After a thorough hearing test, Dr. Shumway adjusted the hearing aids electronically and spent time instructing Mom in the use of her hearing aids. What a blessing!
