Honest customer service and very knowledgeable technical support. They are willing to do whatever they can to help you.
Although parts are not always available to ship the same day as requested (my expectations may be a little out there in that regard) the company does a really good job of communicating and setting appropriate expectations. I can tell from how well my packages come in that the warehouse team is rather meticulous when packing orders.
