I ordered several leis for my sister's celebration of life. I moved to Florida after living in Hawaii for 42 years to be close to my family. Lisa was so compassionate and understanding. She upgraded our leis at no cost to us and sent us much aloha. Myself Tracey and my sister Lynne are greatful. Their kindness was above and beyond and we recommend them highly. I ordered 2 leis for my 40th Anniversary and stay at the Polynesian Resort at Walt Disney World. A lot of places drop stuff off at the lobby, but not this company. Lisa met us as we entered the lobby. The leis were boxed up with a couple Hawaiian Cookies. Lisa explained the tradition of presenting the leis and then took pictures on her phone of my husband and I exchanging leis. It was a special moment we both will remember for a long time. Incredibly quick to respond to my email request and was able to save my day after my order from Hawaii didn’t arrive in time - amazing communication and the most beautiful lei!! Will definitely be ordering for future graduations for the entire family! Absolutely stunning work and so many compliments received on the beauty of the lei all day long.
