Ordered online for an eligible same day delivery item, which was ordered the day prior, and nothing was delivered, no email or phone call for explanation, and no one answered the phones to get updates. Overall terrible service provided. Look for someone else to deliver floral arrangements.

Store was clean and well laid out. Smelled nice. Staff were friendly. There is only one thing I wish happened. When they did not have what I was looking for, I wished they would had offered alternative ideas. Something that would have still sold me something and replaced the items I was looking for but that they did not have.
