DO NOT PAY UNTIL JOB IS SATISFACTORILY COMPLETE. I am still waiting for a call back to get a refund for work they refused to complete. No calls back. Letters returned unopened. These people feel they owe nothing to the public. They are takers, not servicers of the public. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I have been trying to make contact with Bill Turley owner of Carolina Flooring since 12/10/15 in an attempt to get my deposit money returned. I have visited the show room / office on 3 separate occasions and called more that 2 dozen times. I have spoken to his daughter Tonya, his wife Kelly and the estimator Patrice. Only to be told that I needed to talk to Bill for a refund. I left dozens of messages for him to please return my call. He has never made any attempt to call and settle my complaint. I would like to echo Scott Chilcotes review. The initial consult and quote was well within what other flooring company's had given. That was the extent of their customer service though. I am now on month 2 of awaiting for them to complete the job despite numerous phone calls, emails and assurances. I have utilized my personal time off from work on two separate occasions to wait for them to complete the job and both times they have yet to show or even call, complete disregard for my time and the money I invested in this floor... read more

The workmen were on time, worked quickly, and were able to do the entire job without problems, except they could not reseat the toilet because of the new flooring, so they credited me $60, their estimate to get the toilet reset. It actually cost me more than $60, but the plumber made other adjustments, so I was ok with it. The flooring looks great, and the had a number of details like a pantry, closet, & bathroom areas to deal with. We're very pleased with the quality of the flooring and the work was reasonably priced.
