Very disappointed in Carolina Fireplace and Grill. I had them in to fix our gas fireplace in October. They charged me $250 for the service call and told me they guaranteed their work. The fireplace burner was working when the left but as soon as I tried to use it about a month later when the temperature dropped, I called to have them back. They never responded to my calls. An obvious waste of $250.
