I see Dr. Kilpatrick and he is absolutely amazing. He takes a ton of time with me to answer all of my questions and explains everything so I understand. He has made so many suggestions for me that have really improved my health. My husband sees him as well and I highly recommend him to all of my family and friends.
The worst customer service experience I’ve had setting up a new patient appointment on a call with Vikki. Very condescending and rude. Although the doctors are clearly excellent, the customer service side needs a tremendous amount of attention to quality.
