My experience was great. It was my first time with this doctor and he was very knowledgeable of my situation and the medication that he provided helped me tremendously!
We have been going to Carolina Family Practice for years. The doctors and staff are extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and helpful. We always know we’re in good hands with CFPSM!
The doctor was not good and was clearly rushing through the appointment, so much so that I did not get everything I went there for addressed. The follow up is non-existent both from the doctor and appointment side to the billing side. The pricing is absurd and offfensive, I could make a mortgage payment for what they charged me for a half-assed 20 minute office visit.
DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU NEED ANYTHING MORE THAN BLOODWORK AND A YEARLY PHYSICAL (you need a PCP that can do more than this unless you can somehow predict you’ll never get even slight sick). I used to see a provider at the north raleigh location. Called for a sick visit and was told it would be a year. I was able to see someone a few months later (called and got an appointment that week - must’ve been bad front desk staff) and the provider I saw told me to go to the ER.
