Dr. Kulkarni did not listen to any of my concerns. She spent the whole time writing her note, stated that referrals would be put in for me, none of which have after 3 weeks. She cancelled my previous appointment the morning of, then let me come into the rescheduled one and pay my copay before essentially asking me if I just want to cancel.
