Great staff and knowledgable Doctor. Professional and caring with attention to detail. I had hammer toe and bunion surgery. Now in Custom orthotics and pain free. The surgery was day surgery and I was in and out quickly and wore a small boot walking permitted. Back in my tennis shoes in 4 weeks. I should have had it done years ago. Thank u DR Miketa and Chassica and Susan in the office.
Really Nice Dr.. – My Wife had a problem with her foot my Family Dr sent us there,I was shocked on some of the posts since we did not see that, Really nice staff as well as the Dr.Miketa My wife did understand what the Dr was telling her and the problems as well as other possibly different treatments, I would tell any one who needed a foot Dr, To go to Carolina Family Foot care.Fuquay Office
Questionable billing – Went to the Fuquay-Varina office. The doctor and receptionist were nice enough. I had stubbed one of my toes pretty bad and wanted to be sure it wasnt damaged too bad since it got really swollen and purple. So xrays were taken and the doctor reviewed them (no break) and he taped up my toes. The EOB from my insurance carrier had Surgery $500 billed (what surgery?) and the doctors bill has Closed Trmt phalanx $500...plus charges for a radiologist looking at the xray (same doctor), and another $65 for jus... read more

Avoid! – Back in 2006 I took my son to the Fuquay-Varina office of Carolina Family Foot Care. My son was not quite 2 years old at the time of the visit. He had been intermittently complaining of his big toe hurting and I wasn't sure if the nail was ingrown. At the time of the visit I paid our $25.00 insurance copay. I told my son he could have a piece of candy if he sat quietly while the doctor looked at his toe. The doctor took what appeared to be a specialized pair of nail clippers and clipped the nail away from the skin. ... read more
Do NOT go there – It has been over two months and I still can not get my deposit back on my orthotics. They also charged me a $40 co-pay when I picked them up (did not even see the DR) and charged my insurance company $31 (which they paid) so they also owe me $9. Every time I call they say they'll leave a note for the DR - since he writes the checks.......I recommend looking elsewhere for a Podiatrist!
Charges are a nightmare! – Both my husband and I went to this doctor not realizing that we were going to the same doctor. He is unreasonable expensive, does not tell you before you are seen about the price of his care. Our appointments both took no longer than 5min. and were charged for services that we had no idea were being delivered. Next I did not receive a bill and was turned in to a collection agency for not paying. I am sure you can do better elsewhere. Stay away.
